MixUp is a DJ style mixer which lets you mix up to 4 tracks of audio in real-time and save the results as a live mix or as single or multi-track sample loops.

Record your own basslines and melodies using a midi keyboard and VST synth, or plug in a microphone to record a vocal track with your mix.

Multi Track mode lets you use up to four decks for mixing, or use the two top decks for mixing and two bottom decks for previewing tracks or adding extra tracks to your mix.

The on-screen ToolTips can be enabled from the Help menu to find out more about individual controls or buttons.

Selecting Sounds
The track window for each deck can be used to browse folders on your system and select new sounds, or play sounds from a playlist you've created. You can change between folder and playlist views by clicking on the deck menu button at the top left of the track window and selecting from the following options:

Mixing Tracks
When you're mixing and beat matching tracks, you'll need to set the BPM and Beat 1 position for each track. The BPM setting is used to match the playback speed of each track, the Beat 1 position is used to adjust the relative start position of each track so they play in time.

Live Mixing
If you're recording a mix to file, you can switch between Output and Monitor playback to cue up your tracks using a single audio device. Click on the Phones symbol at the left of the centre panel to switch between output (yellow) and monitor (green). The output will always be recorded to file, even when you're listening to the monitor playback, so you can cue up new tracks before they're added to the recorded mix.
