Constructor is a state of the art drawing, editing and testing electrical package. The ability to create electrical diagrams quickly and then to RUN your diagram sets The Constructor above all other CAD programs. Symbols are stored in symbol libraries that allow for fast retrieval and placement in your diagrams.

The default setup in The Constructor will allow most users to get started as quickly as possible. We suggest you look at the sample diagrams to help get you started. As your needs grow or for unusual needs you may want to change the default options under
the diagram or environment options menu selection.

Main Editing Screen is where you will be doing most of your work. On the top left side you will see the FILE name. The Constructor supports long file names. The default file extension is .lad. On the left next to this, you will see your diagram size displayed. In the Symbol box, your current symbol will be displayed. If a symbol hasn't been selected, then it will just say "Symbol".

This program is unique in its ability to test an electrical circuit. You can see the power flow in the diagram and hear the sound effects when a motor or siren is energized.
