Create charts with just a few clicks. Chart is a new applet, a charting application for creating simple charts of data. Some sample charts are provided via the "Edit" button to illustrate the applications capabilities but there are also some limitations as this application is still in the early stages of development (i.e. only the title column and first column of data are used for output... this is a limitation that I hope to resolve soon in order to support multiple series of data.

The Chart application accepts "tab seperated values (.tsv) files", "comma seperated values (.csv)" and "text (.txt) files" (which can use a "|" as a column seperator) for data input should you wish to load and chart data, however print and file services from the applet are disabled, please use the Image button to view/toggle the sample data charts whilst in applet or demo mode.

This applet can also be run as a desktop java application and may be a suitable light-weight chart application for those interested or in need of such. If you would like a more permanent copy you can download the "jar" file here: chart_update.jar prnting and file loading will be automatically enabled when run as a desktop application... (source available on request for the interested) if you have java configured properly a double click on the "jar" file should launch the application.
