Analyze ECAT images with this tool. imgpext help you extract the individual pixel values of an CTI ECAT 6.3 or 7 image plane and frame, either all or those within specified regions. Values are written in stdout (on screen).
Currently most analysis programs can use PET image data in ECAT 7 format, which is the format that ECAT HR+ produces.
