ecatmax can analyze your PET image files, help you find maximum value in PET image file(s) in ECAT 6.3 or 7.x format.
Currently most analysis programs can use PET image data in ECAT 7 format. During a long transitional stage most programs will be able to read also ECAT 6.3 format, which is the format of our first PET scanner, ECAT 931.

Usage: ecatmax [Options] <image file(s)>

Options:
-min
Minimum values are printed instead of maximum values
-both
Both max and min values are printed
-clean
Only the max and/or min value of all specified files is printed
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
