Monitors the USB ports, and launches an application. USBLauncher is a small tool that will monitor the USB ports, and launches an application when a specified USB device is plugged in.

How to use:
1. Click the "Add" button
2. Type in a friendly name for the entry
3. Browse for the application to execute
4. Plug your USB device in, and wait for the vID and pID fields to be filled
5. Accept the entry
