Phylogenetic trees analysis made easy. Statistical Dispersal-Vicariance Analysis (S-DIVA) is a tool for inferring biogeographic histories and provide high resolution pictures of phylogenetic trees.

With this program, where ancestral reconstructions are averaged over all trees and each alternative ancestral area at node is weighted by the probability. S-DIVA is easy-to-install and provides a user-friendly experience to researchers who are not familiar with command line. Moreover, the visualization result outputted by S-DIVA can be easily exported for further analysis.
