MZViewer is a free viewer for MZData format Mass Spectra (psidev.sourceforge.net/ms/). It is provided in the form of a stand alone application, but also provides a java framework which allows you to embed the viewer in your own java applications.

MZData Mass Spectrum Viewer Features:
1. A single spectrum view which accommodates both continuous and discrete spectra
2. A chromatogram disaplay for multiple spectra providing both Base Peak and TIC plots
3. Zooming and auto-rescale on both the x and y axes
4. Tracking of parent/child relationships between specrta
