GenoType
GENOTYPE is a software for assigning genotypic identity to individuals, using data from most types of genetic markers. Identification of genotypes is especially important in studies of parthenogenetically reproducing organisms, or with organisms with clonal reproduction.

GenoDive
GENODIVE is a software for calculating and testing indices of clonal diversity, meant to be used after assigning genotypes to individuals with GENOTYPE. GENODIVE calculates different diversity indices such as the number of genotypes, the impactful number of
genotypes, Nei's (1987) diversity index (identical Simpson's diversity index), the corresponding evenness, and the, corrected, Shannon-Wiener diversity index .
