6. File-extension based mime-type detection only; supports html, htm, js, bmp, gif, jpeg, jpg, tif, tiff
7. Mime-types tif and tiff are for Internet Explorer only
8. Spawns a new thread for each request
9. Supports GET requests only
10. Runs as a console app
