ARTool is a tool for preprocessing long-format data tables as necessary for using the Aligned Rank Transform (ART) statistical technique. It takes a comma-delimited (*.csv) file as input. This file must represent a long-format data table (one Y response per row, in the last column). The first row should be column names. The first column should be the experimental unit, e.g., Subject (i.e., s01, s02, s03, etc.).

The output of ARTool is a new comma-delimited (*.csv) file with a custom extension, e.g., *.art.csv, appended to its name.
