You can stack multiple colors and also adjust saturation and hue settings to make the effects more intense or subtle. There is no need to trace around the outline of objects, apply masks, or be confined to a rigid set of colors spaced equally round the colour-wheel. tintii Photo Filter is a standalone software but is also available as Photoshop plug-in.
