Silex Cubed ipFax Center is a two part system that allows multiple people to fax documents from their desktop. The first component is the ipFax Center Server which resides on a modem equipped server. The server component comes with a configuration utility called ipFax Center Manager, The Manager allows you to grant/deny the ability to fax to certain PCs, enter your company's information for the automatically generated cover sheets, and define system parameters. The second component is the ipFax Center Client which resides on each workstation that will fax out documents. The client comes with the ipFax Notifier that monitors incoming and outgoing faxes, keeps a history of all outgoing faxes, and alerts you when new faxes have arrived. Use any legacy Microsoft Windows application, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, to create a file that you would like to send as a fax.
