Overview:
ezyCheque is a cheque writing program or cheque printing program that helps you write your cheque in the easiest and most accurate way. It automatically converts numbers to words. You can have your cheque printed with just a few clicks.

With ezyCheque, writing a cheque is easy! All you have to do is to enter the date, payee's name and amount payable to the payee. With pre-defined alignment of words, the words can be printed neatly on the cheque with your existing printer. Thus it gives your suppliers and bankers a good impression and manageable cheque handling.

With ezyCheque, spelling mistakes and differences in amount and amount in words that will result in cheque being returned can be eliminated. The payee's name that was printed before is automatically stored and the name can be retrieve with just a few initial keys. This will eventually reduce the administrative cost incurred for returned cheques!

How to use:
Step 1: Download and Install
Download ezyCheque installation file to your local computer. Then, double click on the installation file to install ezyCheque. Follow the instructions show on the screen and after finishing the installation, you are ready to use ezyCheque.

Step 2: Setup cheque settings
Setup your cheque settings according to your cheque and printer. You can download and import your particular bank's cheque setting here. After download, you must configure the cheque settings to align to your printer.

Step 3: Key in the recipient name
Once you have your cheque settings in placed, you can print your cheque by key in the cheque's recipient name, date and amount.

Step 4: Print cheque
Insert your cheque into the printer and click Write button. A print preview screen will appear and double check the information that you are going to print on the cheque. Once it is correct, click Print button and the printer will do the job.
