If you are converting from a CSV file, you need to specify Separator and Text delimiter.

Both if you are converting from an Excel or CSV, you can specify if first row has column names.

Once file is in grid you can edit on the grid.
When ready push "OUT".
File will be produced in the same path of original file, with same name, but a new extension: .TXT.
Open that, and copy and paste code to your wiki page to obtain table.
