Sometimes I need to create and record TOC/CUE/BIN files, read/write in RAW mode or copy CD. There is lot of CD/DVD record software in the market, but less of them can meet my need or have not enough functions to meet my need. How should I do Fortunately I caught sight of a powerful and professional tool that can help me indeed. That is Xduplicator which was published by Mariposa. Did you hear about it Do you have the same requirement as me Xduplicator is just for you. Below is the detailed presentation of this software.
XDuplicator is a free CDR program. More precisely, it is a graphical user interface (GUI) for CDRDAO recording engine which enables us to create and record TOC/CUE/BIN files, read/write in RAW mode, and copy CDs. It also supports Paranoia advanced DAE engine, CDDB, encoding of a CD into MP3 files without any gaps between them. XDuplicator comes in a simple and light user interface with minimal demands on system resources and is amazingly fast. The latest version can convert TOC to CUE and includes a feature to encode audio CDs into gap-less MP3 files. Xduplicator is a part of Xproject. The XProject is about free CDR software, based on ports of CDR software originally made for Linux. The XProject is about supplying a graphical environment to those command line programs so that they can be easily used by Windows users. Xproject consists of following programs: XDuplicator : A graphical user interface (GUI) for CDRDAO recording engine. XToker : TOC file editor for use with CDRDAO and XDuplicator. The latest version of Xduplicator is beta 5 and the new features and functions of it include: Supports conversion of TOC to CUE. Supports MP3 encoding of TOC/BIN files. XDuplicator writes nothing to system registry or system directories. It can write cddb.txt, log.txt and xduplicator.ini in its own directory should we choose to (will consider registry association with TOC files after gathering user feedback). By using the built-in function to convert a CD into MP3 files, the resulting MP3 files have no gaps between them (important for live recordings and concept albums!). We can use Escape and Enter when it is needed, as well as numeric keys. If our drives are not detected, or if we get a blue screen on startup, probably CDRDAO can't find a proper ASPI driver (not XDuplicator related but rather system related). If we previously got many errors with audio extraction, try checking the first three options under "Additional reader options" (again, this is CDRDAO related). Currently, XDuplicator is work in progress. The current version is beta, so there might be things to be added or corrected. We can get update free from its web site. In addition, Xduplicator is free for us and it does not contain any adware or spyware, so we can use it safely and undisturbed. It is standalone software and does not need any extra software and hardware requirement. It works with most recent variants of Windows and its current version is beta 5.
In a word, Xduplicator has a friendly and easy-to-use interface. This is a very nice, easy to use and full-functions burner. Not only can beginners use it simply but also experienced users can also use it for advanced application.
