When you are ready to port to PowerPoint, XPPort reads Excel's page breaks and ports each page to a new separate slide. If you have many pages in a grid you can use Excel's Page Setup command to control the order of the slides ported to the presentation. XPPort has an option to port just the active sheet or all the sheets in the open file. XPPort has an option to create a new PowerPoint presentation or append the new slides to an open presentation following the current selected slide. It transfers both chart sheets and spreadsheets. Your Excel data is auto sized to fit the object area defined in the PowerPoint slide master. Slide titles are based on your Excel Page Setup Header data or the sheet name if the header is blank.
