1. Stop any type of software or service in your system.
2. Remove keys or values from of started applications in the registry or other parameters.
3. Delete keys and values in the registry even if access is not permitted, even if you're not the administrator.
4. Remove any file in your computer, even the file is in use. If the file deletion is impossible, the file will be deleted when you restart the system even if Windows Optimum is not running.
5. Cancel, or establish restrictions on Windows' Policies.
6. Manage Windows Services.

The most important thing with Windows Optimum is that you can create a file named tdl (To Do List), this file is a list of tasks to be executed by Windows Optimum. This list will be created with Windows Optimum and may be executed by (and only) Windows Optimum on any other machine.

There is no need to uninstall Windows Optimum, just delete the file if you no longer need it.Windows Optimum does not include installation routine in order to reduce its size. The program is portable but the data folder is required for some operations.
