WinTopo Features:
1. Load BMP, TIF, GIF, JPG and PNG raster files.
2. Perform raster thinning, or edge detection.
3. Vectorise the thinned raster to single colour vectors.
4. Colour vectors.
5. View the vectors overlaying the raster.
6. Scale the vector drawing.
7. Save the vectors to DXF, SHP, MIF, WMF or other vector formats.
