Install :
Unzip "WhoLockMe.zip" in a directory (for exemple : "C:\Program Files\WhoLockMe")
Launch "Install.bat" or execute this command :
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\WhoLockMe\WhoLockMe.dll"

Uninstall :
Execute this command :
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\WhoLockMe\WhoLockMe.dll".
