Preventive servicing and maintenance is the basis for undisturbed and perfect working of your machinery. The integrated tool for backup/restore supports the most relevant disks like CD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DiskOnKey, external drives etc. Many search-, sort- and filter criteria help you to keep overview and simplify working with Wartungsplaner. List all your machines and departments in Wartungsplaner clearly arranged and well-structured like an image of reality. The database header of the machines can be changed and defined by yourself and you can assign different header data to different machines, devices or departments. Furthermore you can choose alternative designation for the labeling of "machines", "department" and "hours of operating". So you get a real individual database. Apply external files like data-sheets, drawings to the corresponding machine or maintenance.
Already while entering all machine data you can copy identical machines or maintenances. You only need to change specific data - the amount of work is minimized!
Apply as much maintenances as you want to each machine. The next due-day of all maintenances will be calculated and displayed automatically based on the general information of the maintenance interval (fixed, by timetable or hours or operating). Additionally you can apply external instructions (Word- or RTF-files) and other files. It's also possible to export the entire machine database into Excel-format.
Furthermore you can create a repair/upgrade report to each machine with all repairs, costs, used spare parts, down-time etc. So you always have an overview about machine costs and repair sensitivity. Pre-plan the maintenances and the schedule with all needed spare parts to avoid shortage of manpower or material.
All categories which are displayed as lists (like due or commissioned maintenances, archive, repair/upgrade report) can be sorted up and down and filtered partially. Send the lists by E-mail, export them to Excel or print them in various formats. For commissioning due maintenance you can use your own templates (Word), send them via E-mail or do it totally paperless. Printing preview and printing report of all documents printed from Wartungsplaner are also available.
The integrated spare parts / material management help you to have always enough spare parts on stock. You can print requisition note for your purchasing department if the quantity is below target.
