Vivace! is a simple and elegant music editor for creating electronic compositions in the MIDI format. Why mess around with heavy-weight production suites such as Steinberg Cubase and Apple Logic, when all you want to do is MIDI editing? Vivace! is being developed as part of a bachelor thesis in computer science at Chalmers University of Technology. The application itself is written in the Java programming language using the CHAMP library for multiple language support and preference data saving.
