Tone Pad can generate tones of phone lines which you can use to dial using a sound speaker. In order to use this program, you have to have a sound card with minimum configuration ( 8 bit , Mono).

To Dial: Pick up the hand set, and adjust its microphone to your computer output speaker, and dial the number. When the phone hears the tone from your computer, it should dial. You can use the keypad of your keyboard to dial, but you should turn on the numlock first.

Simple Steps:
1. Turn on sound blaster loud speaker
2. Turn on your keyboard num lock
3. lift of the phone handset and put it close to the sound speaker
4. now dial using the keypad
