Timeqx helps you keep tracking of time spent on activities during the day, aiming for consultants and others that has to report time on many accounts.

The basic idea of timeqx is to keep a list of activites in a window. This list reflects the activities that is carried out over the week with respect to the demands on register the time to line or project management.
The list is a simple list is text-lines. This list is the main part of the GUI. One row in the list is marked and this is the one where time is tracked. This is the ongoing activity.
If the user clicks another activity, the previous is no longer ongoing but the new one is.
The first activity in the main list is always active when application is started.
There is a pause-indicator beside the list. When pausing, the ongoing activity is stopped. The indicator shows paused and there is no selection in the activity list. If pause is resumed the activity ongoing when paused is started and is now ongoing. If the user clicks on an activity when paused, tracking is resumed and the selected activity is set to ongoing.
The user can move time from the ongoing activity to another by right-click on the activity where time is moved to. Each right-click moves 5 minutes if there are 5 minutes left on th ongoing activity.
The total time of the day is shown in a separate field. Changing the total time will affect time spent on the ongoing activity.
Time is shown in hours and minutes. Tracking is in seconds.
The main-list always reflects the activities of today. When passing midnight a new day is started and time is counted from 00:00. The day before is stored and closed.

Weekly Report
1. The weekly report is a summary that shows the activities where time is registered over a week. The report is shown in a table-view.
2. The data used in the report is collected when user generates the report. No updates is made to a generated report.
3. The default-week for the report is the week before present if the current day is Monday or Tuesday, otherwise it is the present week that is shown.
4. The user can select a arbitrary week and generate a report for that week.
5. The user can update the report for the selected week. The data used for the report is reread.
6. Each row represents an activity.
7. Each column represents a date.
8. To the right there is an extra column where the weekly total for each activity is shown.
9. The the bottom there is an extra row where the daily total is shown.
10. When a cell in the table is selected, the entire row is marked.
11. If there is an activity with time registered that is not in the main list, that activity is still shown in the report. If there is doubt in the ordering, the activity is added to the bottom of the table.

Edit the activities
1. The user shall be able to edit the list of activities. It shall be possible to add and remove activities from the list and to rename an existing activity. The user can chose to save the changes or abandon the changes.
2. When an activity is renamed, the new name will consequently be used in the activity-list and the weekly report even for reports of weeks before the name was changed.
3. A renamed activity shall keep the position in the list.
4. When a new activity is created it shall be placed at the top of the list.
5. When the modified activity-list is saved, the main windows shall reload the activities. If there where an activity ongoing it shall be continued after the update. If the user has a report-window open, the current report shall be regenerated as well.
6. Removed activities shall still be kept in the database. Those are needed when generating reports. In this sens activities is rather deactivated than removed.
