There is always a possibility that something goes wrong, although is has been tested on a lot of Vista / XP /2003 machines. But as always run it at your own risk.
TThrottle measures the processor core temperature and can adjust the amount of time a certain process (program) may run. What it does; it stop all threads of the process for a short amount of time. This will keep the temperature below the et Temperature?
If the temperature is below this value the Run Time will be 100%.
