There are many different types of taxi data and this decoder is aimed at those modes that use the same physical layer as MPT1327 i.e 1200 Hz and 1800 Hz tones at 1200 bps.

Requirements:
* Radio receiver tuned to a taxi data frequency ( a discriminator tap output is recommended).
* Audio connection between this output and a computer soundcard
* Java
