Secure deletion of files. ShredBitz is a free and simple file shredder tool that can wipe selected files from any hard disk drive. ShredBitz is written in the java programming language and uses a custom written algorithm for shredding. ShredBitz is a very powerful tool.

To run ShredBitz just double click the .jar file. This is basically the java version of a .exe file. The UI or user interface of ShredBits is very simple. just click the select file button beside name field 1, 2, or 3 to add files to be shredded. Or you can specify a path to a file manually by typing it in one of the name fields. Click the shred! button to shred a specific file, or click shred all! to shred 2 or more selected files simultaniosly.

Important program information.
Although ShredBitz seems very basic, it is actually very powerfull. And you must be carefull when using ShredBitz. Through my testing stages, i never had a single case where ShredBitz would not shred a file due to file protection. So, BE VERY CAREFULL of what you delete, because you CAN NOT recover it.
