Databases are stored in the program's root path away from hacking attacks. They can be easily transported to other computers or stored elsewhere for back up. This method also protects the data integrity in case Windows system gets corrupted which may corrupt other program registration as well.

You see five buttons on the top right. Four of them have small text. The fifth access the main menu functions. There is another row of buttons bellow. These are larger and fundamental for the operation. From left to right their functions are as follow.
Add, Replace, Delete and Clear.

Use Add button to insert new entries to the database. Replace to re insert modified data. Delete to extract and Clear to clean the field.

The Tools button holds a pop-up menu. Press the left mouse button over the word Tools to show the menu. Some menu options will not be available at all times but depending on other program's functions.
