Screens Connect is a VNC client for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The philosophy behind Screens is simple: we think it makes no sense to bring over the mouse cursor concept on a touch-based device so we made Screens work as if you were interacting with a touch screen equipped computer. You don't have to bother with the cursor, where it is or what's it doing; Screens will take care of it for you.

It is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 or later, Windows XP or later and most Linux distributions. If you are using Windows, you will need a VNC server application (such as TightVNC, which we highly recommend and is free). Mac OS X comes with either Screen Sharing or Remote Management built in so all you have to do is enable it on your computer. Most Linux distributions also come with a Remote Management application.

Step 1: Configuring your computer:
For Windows XP, Vista and 7
Edovia recommends using TightVNC, which is a free VNC server software. Other VNC servers such as RealVNC or UltraVC are also supported but we think TightVNC gives the best experience and is the easiest to work with.
1. Download TightVNC (www.tightvnc.com/download.php)
2. Install and launch the software
3. We recommend that you check "Register TightVNC Server as a system service"
4. Find the TightVNC icon in the system tray and double-click on it
5. The settings window will appear
6. You may want to turn off "Hide Desktop wallpaper" but this is not mandatory
7. Notice the port number. You will need this information later to add a server manually
8. Set a new password and write it down. You will need it to setup TouchPad later
9. If Windows asks you to allow TightVNC to make changes to this computer, click Yes
10. Click OK to close the window
11. Hover your mouse cursor over the TightVNC icon in the system tray. You'll see the IP Address of your computer. Write it down. This will be needed when you add a server manually in TouchPad and you're done!

Step 2: Configuring Screens on your iOS device
TouchPad uses the Bonjour protocol to find nearby computers that it can connect to. Found servers are automatically added to the list. This is normally supported by OS X and Linux. Windows users have to setup the connection manually.
1. Open TouchPad on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
2. Create a new Screen ([+] button) or browse to an existing and tap on Edit (bottom-left)
3. The Screen Settings window will appear
4. Tap on the "Nearby Computers" item to see which computers have been detected on your network
5. Tap on one of them to go back to the previous setup screen and automatically fill the fields
6. Tap on the Password field and enter the password you've previously entered on your computer
7. Select the server type. TouchPad will try to determine this value but you may have to manually set it
8. Tap Save
9. Just tap on the newly created or updated Screen to connect.

The license of this software is Freeware, you can free download and free use this ipod software.
