Samsung Format Utility is a program specifically designed for Samsung External Hard Disk drives using either the FATS32 or NTFS file system.
With the help of the Samsung Format Utility application, you will be able to easily wipe a the data from a HDD by re-formatting it. All you need to do is connect the device to your computer, pick it from the list and configure the formatting settings. You will be able to choose the file system but also assign a volume label to the disk.

Please Note: this program supports only Samsung's external HDD.
