Router IP Console is a SNMP based tool for the management and control of IP routers. It can understand Cisco specific routers, and can also raise an alarm on critical situations such as a router's CPU overload, router's memory exhausted, or an interface going to a down state. You can have alerts sent by e-mail. This newest release provides an improved user interface, have nice ping monitor and Cisco CPU/MEM load indicator and can accept SNMP traps.
