Resistor Colour Code Solver is a little program that can calculate the value of a resistor from its colour code and vice-versa. Its colour scheme is easily customizable. Moreover, the program is completely portable and is very low on system resources.

Main Features:
1. Supports 4-Band, 5-Band & 6-Band coding schemes.
2. It has a small Ohms Law calculator which can calculate two parameters from power, voltage, current & resistance if the other two are specified.
3. Colour customization - Users can specify their own colour set to use in the program using Colour Customizer included in the zip archive.
4. Completely portable, i.e., you can store it in a USB flash drive. All its settings are placed inside the same single directory.
5. Simple interface to work on.
6. Supports English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Colour Customizer is an additional utility for Resistor Colour Code Solver to customize its colour. For doing this, select your desired colours using this program and click on "Save colour settings". The next time you run Resistor Colour Code Solver, its colours should be modified according to your specification. The generated colour settings are completely portable and will remain as specified by you even if you copy the program's directory to a USB storage media or another PC.
To reset the colours to default, just delete "Colours.ini" file.
You can modify the colours manually by editing this file but it is not recommended.
(Note that all these files, i.e., "Resistor Colour Code Solver.exe" and "Colour Customizer.exe" should be present in a single directory to work properly.)

NOTE:
1. Requires a screen resolution of at least 1024x768. It will work in lower resolutions but part of the program window will be out of screen edges.
2. For selecting a language for Resistor Colour Code Solver, select it during its installation and it will become the selected language for the program.
