RegisterFont is a small software that will add new options to the context menu that will allow you to add or remove the selected fonts, it can easily add or remove new fonts from your computer. After you install this program, in the contextual menu font files (fon, ttf) there will be two options AddFont and RemoveFont. When you select the first of these options, the new font file that is selected will be added to the fonts installed on your computer and you can use it in any software unless the software allows you to choose the font, or use it to change the look of your system. The second option RemoveFont removes the font from your computer. To do this you must select the file you are interested in the Fonts folder and choose RemoveFont.
