Opening images
* CTRL + O scan DICOM folder
* CTRL + SHIFT + O open DICOM CD/DVD

Browsing
* UP ARROW previous image in series
* DOWN ARROW next image in series
* LEFT ARROW go to previous series
* RIGHT ARROW go to next series

Moving image
* SHIFT + left mouse button down and mouse move
* CTRL + ARROWS

Zooming
* CTRL + '+' zoom in
* CTRL + '-' zoom out
* CTRL + 0 fill viewport
* CTRL + 1 100% (dicom pixel = screen pixel)

Window adjustment
* CTRL + left mouse button down and mouse move

Presets:
* 0 default WL/WW
* 1 full dynamic
* 2 CT Abdomen
* 3 CT Angio
* 4 CT Bone
* 5 CT Brain
* 6 CT Chest
* 7 CT Lung

Length
* DELETE delete selected measurement
* CTRL + DEL delete all measurements in current image
* CTRL + SHIFT + DEL delete all measurements in current series
* ESC deselect measurement
