RELOAD Editor is a useful metadata editor. it provides support for IMS Metadata, IEEE LOM, IMS Content Packaging 1.1.4, SCORM 1.2, and SCORM 2004. There are versions for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It is Java Swing-based.

Installation notes:
* To install, unzip the contents of the zip file to your hard-drive to a new directory.
* To launch the program, locate and double-click the reload-editor.jar file.

Microsoft Windows users might be able to double click on the runReload.bat file located in the root directory to start the editor
