A useful add-in for scheduling your meetings. QuickRoom is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that drastically reduces the time spent finding available meeting rooms (or other shared resources such as loaner projectors).

Install Instructions
1. Download the ZIP file to a location on your hard drive
2. Unzip the entire ZIP file to a location on your hard drive
3. Close Outlook. It should not be running.
4. Run setup.exe
5. Follow the install prompts
6. Start Outlook. You should see a QuickRoom button at the top-right of your command bar

After you install QuickRoom (please do this with Outlook shut down), here is a quick guide to get going.
1. Start Outlook. You should see the QuickRoom button in the toolbar.
2. Clicking the button brings up the licensing dialog. Feel free to click cancel here for now.
3. A dialog comes up asking to select Group A, Group B and Group C meeting rooms. You can select multiple rooms for each. QuickRoom searches each group in order for available rooms.
4. Select OK when you are done. A set of three sub-directories are created under your Contacts folder. This is how QuickRoom stores your selected rooms. Simple, yet strong.
5. To prioritize a set of rooms within a single grouping, go into each room and enter a letter or number in the 'Job Title' field of each Contact entry. QuickRoom sorts by this field to set priority, so any value that can be sorted in ascending order will do.

That's it. You're done.

Now, when scheduling a meeting, you should see a new QuickRoom tab group at the top of your meeting invitation window. Select it and click either Group A, B or C to pick an available room.
