Stusy Kinematics and Projectile Motion with this simulation. Projectile Launcher help you study the forces that are at work when launching a projectile.

This simulates projectile motion with air drag. Many variables are editable.
Choose
-- initial velocity (v0) [0 - 50 m/s]
-- shot angle (theta) [0 - 90 degrees] **can manually set to any value
-- drag coefficient (b) [0 - 0.1]
-- Launch Height (startH) [0 - 30 meters]

If you select to have air resistance, you can also turn on a second trail that will show the path of the projectile free of air resistance.

Just set the settings, and click Shoot to launch the projectile.

Please Note: you can manually set the angle to any value. By default the angle is measure from the right horizontal with up as +. To shoot left set the angle to greater than 90 deg. For example to shoot 20 above horizontal left, set the angle to 160 degrees (180 - 20). To shoot down set the angle to a negative value.
