PowerArchiver Command Line

PowerArchiver Command Line (PACL) is an advanced command line archiving utility for Windows console environments. It fully supports a variety of the most popular compressed file formats, including: ZIP, 7-ZIP, CAB, JAR, TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, yENC, Base64, CAB SFX and many others. PACL also includes 5 different encryption methods.
PACL was designed to be a feature-rich, reliable and scriptable software that can be used in many different configurations and scenarios.

PACL includes:
1. PAComp is a console software that compresses a variety of the most popular compressed file formats: ZIP, 7-ZIP, CAB, LHA, BH (BlakHole), JAR (JavaARchiver), TAR, TAR.GZ (GZIPed TAR) and TAR.BZ2 (BZIPed TAR).
2. PAExt is a console software that extracts files from a outstanding number of PC compressed file formats: ZIP, 7-ZIP, RAR, ARJ, CAB, LHA(LZH), ARC, ACE, GZIP, BZIP2, TAR (TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2), UUE, XXE, ZOO, JAR (JavaARchiver) and self-extracting versions ofmost of these formats. PAExt can also list the contents of such archives or verify the archive contents of many of these formats.
3. PAEncode is a console software that encodes files using UUEncode, XXEncode, Base64 and yENC methods.
4. PASpan is a console software that splits already created ZIP archives to disks or removable drives. PKZIP, WinZip, PowerArchiver and PowerArchiver 6.11 methods are supported.
5. PACRYPT is a console software that encrypts and decrypts files using 5 different encryption methods: * Blowfish (128bits) * DES (56-bits) * Tripple DES (168-bits) * Rijandael (128-bits, 256-bits) PowerArchiver encrypted files (.PAE) are supported.
6. PAConv is a batch file for converting archives (i.e. from TEST.ZIP to TEST.CAB) in one step.
