Installation
Run WCLIPxx.EXE and follow the instructions of installation process. Reboot system to start WinClip or start it manually from the WinClip folder.

Uninstallation
You can easily remove the program from your computer. First close it by choosing the "Exit WinClip" item in WinClip popup menu and Use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Choose WinClip and the program will be completely removed.
