Page Ruler is a Firefox addon, can measure elements on Firefox web pages. The status bar shows a widget coloured icon if the mod is available, and grey if not. To display the ruler, you just have to click on the widget icon, or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + M". Once displayed, the ruler displays information, is draggable, and resizable.
