This software creates backup copies of Outlook Express Email databases. Outlook Express Backup Plus can save e-mails, address lists, settings, mail and news accounts, message rules, blocked senders lists, signatures, IE settings and Outlook Express settings to a single encrypted and compressed backup file. The Email database can be saved on one computer and restored to another, for synchronization. Outlook Express Backup Plus has a command line interface.
