OrgManager acts as a server in your LAN. It displays all the computers which are currently running the client application, along with the tasks and reminders which are configured on each PC. You can use OrgManager to define new tasks and set new reminders for each client computer. The OrgUser software has almost the same look and feel as the server program, except the fact that you can only set your own reminders. The communication between the client and the server is bi-directional, meaning that whenever a user modifies his or her tasks, the changes also appear on the server.
As I said, the user interface of the OrgManager software is almost the same as that of OrgUser. The time is displayed vertically, on the left side. Each task is shown as a colored box. If the task duration is longer, the box gets bigger. Whenever you double click a certain hour, a dialog appears. It allows you to define a new task. By default, no reminder is set when you create a new task. You can add a reminder to any task, and set it to trigger itself before the task.
