Both only provide the Alpha keys and work on a different principle to those supplied with later versions of Windows, where text is automatically printed in almost whatever version of text software is currently active. In these versions text can either be saved as OSK.txt in My Documents or it can be Copied and Pasted into any text software when finished. It will also be saved if you activate the Notepad option and displayed there, thus providing the options to amend text anytime or save under another filename. Also the keys are larger than Windows versions, since the keyboard does not need to be displayed at the same time as any text software.
