NewTabURL is a small extension for Mozilla Firefox and Flock, can select default URL when new tabs are opened.
The options are:
1. A blank page.
2. The home page.
3. The current page.
4. A user defined URL.

When there is an URL in the clipboard, it is also possible to open that URL in the new tab.
