Using Movavi Screen Capture, you can record a video clip from your screen and save it into popular video formats and for mobile devices:
1. Choose the Capture area.
2. Select Audio source.
3. Click the REC button. Once you've hit the button, Movavi Screen Capture minimizes to the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar.
4. To finish the recording, maximize Movavi Screen Capture from the notification area and press the Stop button.
5. To convert your screencast to some particular media format, select the Convert to checkbox and the Save button will switch to Convert button.
Whether you want full screen capture or a particular window or screen area, Movavi Screen Capture does the job. In the Capture Area pane you can:
1. Choose one of the ready-made area presets from the list box: Fullscreen, Standard 1280x720, etc.
2. Define the area parameters manually by entering width/height right below the list box. Also, you can change the area borders - the red lines - with a mouse.
Record the program's sounds or your own narration while you're capturing. Movavi Screen Capture supports both capturing audio from in-line sources and microphones.
Select the Audio check box.
1. Choose Speaker to record the program's sounds.
2. Or choose Microphones to record your own comments.
The cursor might be a nuisance or play an important role in your screen captures. Depending on the task, you can either hide the cursor while capturing or, vice versa, highlight it by applying a special effect.
1. Choose Hide cursor from the Effects menu to hide the cursor.
2. To preserve the cursor, choose Show cursor.
3. You can also graphically mark clicks to draw views' attention or hightlight the cursor itself by choosing either Highlight clicks or Highlight cursor, or both.
Limitations:
* The trial version captures 120 seconds long clips and adds a watermark to the processed video
