This small plug-in will save hours of your time. A couple of clicks and you have joined data from several Microsoft Excel cells into one cell, or combined whole Microsoft Excel rows and columns. Data type does not matter. It could be numbers, dates, special symbols or text data. You can separate the merged values with any character you like (including the carriage return / line break).
Preserve all data if the selection contains multiple values
One more fascinating feature of the Merge Cells Wizard is that it retains all data if the selection contains multiple data values. If you try to merge data from several cells into one cell in Microsoft Excel, you will get the error message: "The selection contains multiple data values. Merging into one cell will keep the upper-left most data only."

How to merge columns in Microsoft Excel: 3 easy steps
Imagine, you have list of your clients addresses, and you have three columns with Address, City and ZIP code. You want to combine clients' addresses from multiple cells to one cell separated by line breaks. With Merge Cells Wizard it will take you just one minute.
1.In your worksheet, select the cells you want to combine and click the Merge Cells Wizard icon.
2.In the Merge Cells Wizard dialog box, please set the parameters you need:
"Merge selected cells" field: row by row
"Separate values with" field: press Alt+Enter
"Place the results to" field: select left cell
Check the "Clear the content of selected cells" checkbox
Click the "Merge" button.
3.That's all, you have the addresses in one cell separated by line breaks.
