Memo2050 is a simple Diary for Windows which will accept entries up to the end of the year 2050 AD. Entries can be added and deleted as required and the diary can be search for any particular entry.

By placing a copy of the icon in your 'Start Up' group with the '-a N' argument on the command line (where N is the number of seconds the display is to remain on-screen) the program will display the next 7 days' entries each time Windows loads.

The program produces a small data file for each entry in the directory designated as the 'start in' directory. Optionally (see the 'options' menu) musical anouncements are provided each time the program is called. You may use your own sounds (.WAV) files and place them in the Working Directory. Three sound files can be used for events 'This Week', 'This Day' and for 'Red Letter Days'. If you do not provide sound files, Windows default sounds are used instead.
