The software generates a SHA hash from the password with a length of 256 hex characters with which the data is encrypted. This means that even short passwords are safe. The password can contain also unicode characters, e.g. Chinese characters.

8. Save with maximum compression
To set the "Read only" state, click in the main menu Book and then activate Read only. The MemoBook-file is protected before all changes.

9. Integrated live spell check for many languages
The editor owns a integrated live spell check for many languages. Certain words can be added to a user dictionary, various words be replaced or be excluded.

10. Integrated file viewer
For reasons of the security, common files like all pictures, RTF-files, HTML-files, ZIP-files, Text files and PDF-files can be viewed in the integrated file viewer without saving first to the disk.
