Medisis is a software designed to better the life of both the patient and the physician treating him / her. Every time a doctor sees a patient the tool allows that doctor to rate the patient on symptoms they are showing for that day, do a threat assessment on the patient for that day, prescribe medication for the patient, give a GAF rating for the patient for that day and enter any extra information that could be needed to help that patient.
