Maxthon 3.0 will support dual browser engines. A fast and highly standard compliant engine will be working along with the good old Trident (IE). So Maxthon 3.0 will offer both "Turbo" and "Compatible" experience in one. Under the "Turbo Mode" users will enjoy the fastest browsing speed and state of the art website designs. For websites designed for older browsers, the "Compatible Mode" will be standing by a click away.

Generally, the Turbo Mode of Maxthon 3.0 shall work better than the Compatible Mode as of now. Yet there are still a lot of rooms for improvements in the future.
